We were very skeptical about the Chongqing Zoo after having seen the Shanghai Zoo last year (somewhat sad). However, the Chongqing Zoo is great. The animals are all healthy and their areas are really nice and clean. Especially the pandas.
This panda has the best enclosure, complete with a slide. Cielo was urging him to climb the stairs and slide down, and then offering to go in and show him how it's done. He was too busy eating to play when we were watching.
