Yi Chang

The next day, we went to the Chinese sturgeon museum a little outside of Yi Chang. You have to cross the little river there on a boat, because they're working on expanding the bridge by another lane or two. Here's the boat:

There's a serious effort to get the Chinese Sturgeon going again in China. This picture shows one of the bigger ones they had on display.

I don't remember what this was called, but you can call it "the nosefish".

The gift shop at the museum had several Myna birds for sale. They were able to say "ni hao", "zaijian", and several mutterings we couldn't make out. Cielo loved them.
